You get 4 (shots) and I'm on the second dose from the 1st shot. I get 2 treatments from each shot. My teeth are getting whiter, but be patient. If 15%, leave at least 2-3 hours. The advantages compared to other products are: Lasts 6-8 months. (Note that you will likely use a different dose to complete this treatment). My daughter's orthodontic office recommended this product after her braces were removed. Apply a small amount every three nights, wear a retainer at night and you already know there is a big difference. A bit pricey but worth every red penny. So far there have been no problems with sensitivity to hot or cold food or drinks. Maybe because such a small amount is applied and it's not a daily frequency. Very happy with this product!
