Same as pet store pouches but more expensive than pet store pouches

Same expiration date as more expensive Petsmart pouches. Recommended for Russian dwarf hamsters. He likes it. Update: This food costs 8.99 per pack. The price fluctuates between 16:33 and 25:00. If below 6pm then this is the normal price. If it comes at 4 p.m. I'll buy it.

I really like the size

This is great food! I give my 2 gerbils about 2 tablespoons every other day. It is green. I give my gerbils a banana and an apple 🍎 once a week to balance the diet, but they never get sick from eating alone. It's really very healthy and at a good price. My gerbils hate big palettes but love these little palettes that they can hold in their hands and in their mouth.

Disappointing

I bought these for my three Syrian hamsters to add to their homemade seed mix and I am disappointed with this food. Let's start by saying that this meal is expensive. When I first opened the package, it smelled like Timothy's hay/grass, which makes sense as that's the main ingredient. Hay should not be the primary dietary ingredient for hamsters as their small bodies do not digest hay properly. I tried this food thinking it was great and got frustrated when it was the only thing my hammies had…

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Only available in white
