Great Hanging Shelf Hardware! The only reason I gave it four stars was because after hanging the gear I lowered the wooden shelf and it leaned forward and down a bit but not too much and then the end result was great!

I love these brackets and they are a lot cheaper than hardware stores. Very easy to install - I used butterfly stays as they don't go into the cleats - and very strong. If I can get my husband to put up more shelves I will buy more of these!

What you need for kitchen shelves. We needed more storage space and didn't want to install wall cabinets. I put my everyday dishes and glasses on two shelves and I really liked it. We used 12" shelves (of course they aren't 12" shelves) so the brackets fit perfectly. Thanks for the great craftsmanship.

So I used them for another purpose. I installed a pair of Polk floorstanding speakers on the TV ceiling to free up floor space. They're very solid and I'm not worried about the speakers not staying where they're supposed to, despite being quite heavy themselves. Just make sure you use the correct screws and studs when assembling something heavy.

As long as you know the dimensions of regular boards/timber and the dimensions are not 12 inches you will be happy with it. They fit perfectly on the boards. I took one to make sure it would fit nicely in the lumber yard. I bought a 2" board to make the large shelves and used other hardware as it supports some heavier items (plenty of vinyl storage). Large anchors in the wall only have screws that fit the hole in the bracket.

These mounts were purchased used but received in perfect condition as if brand new. I encourage anyone who buys these mounts to drill them into their wall studs. I did a test with mounts. in drywall anchors and noticed a slight tilt forward. I once used a magnet to find nails in studs, I used 3 of these to easily hold my 47lb snake tank. No sag from brackets. Cheaper than the big department stores. I started with 4 on one long shelf and 4 more on another long shelf. So when it came time for more shelves, I felt like I stuck with this style for consistency.
