This product worked great. for the month it actually worked. After about a month of ownership it wouldn't turn on again for no reason. I tried changing the battery but nothing helped. 20 bucks down the drain. My advice is to literally buy any other bikini trimmer. Also, the warranty part of the Philips website sucks and I will not be buying any more Philips products in the future. Conclusion: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I came here to write a review because I felt it my duty to share lol. A girl VERY easily gets a BIG razor burn in her bikini area. It got to the point where I was afraid to shave. It hurt so bad. However, after several uses, I still haven't gotten a razor burn. For me this is a real miracle. If you too are struggling with an extremely painful shave, please do yourself a favor by purchasing this product.

I am very disappointed in this product. As strange as it sounds, I was excited to try it. It didn't work at all like it claims it should. The only head that really worked was trimming. That's all. The shaving head did NOTHING. I followed all the instructions and nada! Do yourself a favor, save your money! I'm so disappointed I didn't think I could go wrong with the Phillip's brand. Mistake.

Can't comment on how well it works because I've ordered TWICE AND returned. Every time I received it they sent me a used trimmer. The first time it wasn't even in a box but in a travel case and there were no attachments. It definitely looked like it had been used before - which is disgusting. The second time I received it (I wanted to believe it was a mistake the first time) I received it in a sealed box that appeared to have been opened and taken out earlier. 2 cutting heads included. Tried the first head. When the clipping didn't happen, I checked the troubleshooting instructions. Says he doesn't cut "long" hair.
