I have Q5 2018 MY The top of the holder snaps into place but the bottom does not. The ventilation patch fits snugly on the inside and there is no edge to snag. Maybe some cars are a little different and there might be some way to fix it on the bottom. It would be 5 stars if it was right. The finish is really good and the cutouts for the alarm button and fan wheels are perfect. The included magnet was strong enough to hold my Galaxy S10+ behind my case with a metal disc.
