This item is virtually bulletproof. It is very heavy and bakes very well and evenly. The only thing that didn't touch me were the dimensions given. It says 28x14. These are sizes without handles. With handles it is 31 inches wide and didn't fit my grill until I cut the handles off. But it's great for shrimp, fillets and salmon as shown in the picture. Also makes amazing burgers

We recently moved and bought a new grill. We didn't have enough of our old skillet so my husband ordered a new one. When this bad boy arrived, he couldn't wait to use it. it's so big I mean we knew the dimensions but it still seems so big. Plus it's just heavy and strong. This worked great for cooking bacon and we were able to do so much at once. We highly recommend it and know this thing will last forever.
