This is my most valuable purchase of the year! My neck muscles twist and deform when I tense and strain them, so I decided to buy a hat because I constantly have to answer calls at work. It was easy to install even though the instructions were sent in FRENCH! lol It was renovated so the box looked intimidating when I got it and I was nervous but when I looked inside my gold was in the bubble wrap.
