Good performance for my k5 blazer

Looks great and keeps my 85 K5 powered. There was a loss of power at idle, so I bought this alternative and the problem went away. Looks great on the engine. There is no sticker on my tool box :(

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks

High power generator!

Bought for my 1971 Fleetwood Eldorado Convertible. I connected negative and positive 2 gauge wire to this alternator to keep current and voltage constant.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Not sure

Solves my problems: spare parts

God old. I installed it to save battery when plowing. When idling, it charges better than the original. I will put one of these in every one of my other trucks.

Pros
  • delivery was very fast
Cons
  • quality

Works perfectly! About Alternators and Generators

When I installed this I initially thought it was a problem with the generator. I only had about 11.5 volts. Turns out I hadn't tightened the straps enough and was able to roll the shaft by hand. Once I tightened the straps enough, everything worked like a champ.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Almost never

AMAZING IMPROVEMENT IN MY IMPALA 67

BIG DIFFERENCE. I found out that my '67 Impala had a factory 42 amp alternator that powered my 2 amp stereo and 2 air compressors for my airbag system. I set this alternator to 140 amps and the stereo hum stopped and my 2 compressors started. They fill air tanks twice as fast.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Clarity

Problems with the 84 Fiero loading system fixed!

This alternator was purchased to replace a cheap 60 amp alternator that was not working very well. Just screwing on my 1984 Pontiac Fiero with Iron Duke. The amps idle at 102 and peak at 168, much better than the old one. The alternator I bought from Autoteile only charged my battery at around 13.5-13.9V. This charges at around 14.5-14.8V and works great with all my car accessories without dimming the headlights. Just make sure you replace the positive cable from the battery to the alternator…

Great generator. Excellent customer service

I don't normally write reviews but I had to: I installed a Powermaster in my 1984 GMC Suburban 6.2 Diesel instead of a real Delco alternator. I have a total of 4 batteries. This truck: 2 are standard to start the engine and I installed 2 additional support vehicles (I take the sub outside to the middle of nowhere). 1. This thing boots - it's a noticeable improvement over the OEM.2. Powermaster customer service is out of this world. I actually messed up the setup the first time: I had to "time"…

Pros
  • Free for training purposes
Cons
  • Reliability

Powerful Alternator Alternator

This alternator replaces an old (and I mean a lot of junk) Latrical alternators. For my Jeep so that I can power the radiator fan, headlights, heater fan, wipers, stereo, etc. The alternator was supplied with a test chart showing output amperage and output voltage over various RPM ranges. As usual, it makes a little noise when the fan is closed, but it's quite tolerable. There is a slight electrical hum that is easily corrected with a proper ground circuit. From idle to highway speed, this…

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Not the best
