Incorrect installation. I had to take it off and ruin it. Thanked the seller for a refund. It may be our own user error, but my husband does the job and said it was more difficult to install.

Folks, if you're trying to put a protective case on your iPad, ask someone who knows how to do it to help you. I just spent both of my getting mine on my iPad 10.2. Never pull it out and try again. Man, if you have pets, do it somewhere else.

Numerous problems with glass1. 2 sliding stickers instead of 3 (as shown in their YouTube video) made it difficult to apply2. after a few days a blister formed somewhere near the center3. Started peeling off the corner after about a week. Glue is not good and should be cause 2 and 3

I have been using this product for a long time. As there have been many updates and changes over the years I am only on my third. I gave the other two to my granddaughter and great-granddaughter. They leave my screens intact and looking brand new. I got a new one a few weeks ago and it wasn't used until I got the screen protector!

The screen protector is beautiful and durable. but directions are VERY UNCLEAR. I only knew what to do because I had used screen protectors like this on other iPads and iPhones before. The glass is ok. Does the job it's supposed to do. The only reason I bought this particular jar was so I could ship it fairly quickly. Due to Covid19 grocery delivery delays at Revain, the other jar I was trying to order was supposed to take 2 weeks (which is ridiculous considering people pay $128 a year for premium shipping with 2 day delivery ).
