Everything was fine as the henna goes. In fact, this henna was better than my previous one because it didn't dry out my hair like other brands. The hair was beautiful and soft as always. I have black hair and I noticed a slight color change with this henna - to a brownish tint but not as much as I would like. I will no longer use henna as my black hair does not discolour.

I have tried many henna treatments and this is the best! I was born with strawberry blonde hair that has long since lost its natural shade of red. This henna brings it back without being coppery or reddish-red. Covers gray hair when left on for an hour. Like traditional henna, you need to mix it with hot water and work it to the desired consistency (similar to pudding). And it looks and feels like throwing mud on your head. What I don't like is that the package is usually sent in shrink wrap. This time it wasn't like that and I lost half of the product on the floor because the lid came off during transport. Just used this product for the first time and was devastated by the results. My hair is naturally light to medium blonde. I wanted the beautiful copper color that promotes this product.
