    I like that it is tinted

    I like that it is tinted. .not black. Fits well, looks good. The second one I bought, the first was on my 2012 Sport. It broke. This one is on a 2016 Willis.

    If there is water in the footwell.

    If you've got water in your TJ's footwell, you need it. I haven't had a drop since I covered the intake with this little scoop.

    Wipe the surface with alcohol to make the tape stick.

    Well it's a plastic spoon, mine is slightly warped so let's see if the tape is strong enough to hold it. Don't forget to remove the wax from the paint so the tape will stick.

    Looks killer on my Wrangler

    Scoop looks great on my Wrangler. Easy to apply and will hold up under normal driving and weather conditions. Keep in mind that the scrub brushes can move it around during a "touchless wash" (I did).

    Solves the problem of water in the passenger footwell.

    I purchased this item after I was unable to prevent water from entering the passenger footwell through the hood vent just behind the hood. I removed the sheathing, cleaned it and freed the drain hose so it could flow freely. In the end, after heavy rain, I still had water-filled legroom. I think it could also be a slight incline to the passenger side where my jeep is sitting in the driveway, water should never fill up like that anyway. So I mounted this vent cover.
