Great value, flattering!

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the fabric for such a price. As some reviewers have pointed out, the zipper sticks out making it look like I have an odd tail. As one reviewer suggested, I flipped the back zipper to the side of the hip and it looks great now. The material is durable, the pleats are crisp, and the red color is bold but not overly bright. While the belt is inexpensive, it looks good from a distance and really completes the look. I'm 5'4", 120 lbs and a size S fits me…

I get a lot of compliments, but you should know about lightning!

Very nice pleated skirt. It's mid-knee and I'm 5ft 7in tall. I'm a size 2/4 and I bought the small and it fits perfectly around the waist. Comfortable yet flattering. The only downside is that the zipper sticks out at the back. I tried turning the skirt on its side, it worked, but didn't like the seam at the front of the waist, so I just clipped the end of the zipper from the inside and then steamed it a bit and now it lies pretty flat . The belt is very cheap but I just used another black belt

everyone is right! on women

I finally ordered this skirt after a long decision. Why it took me so long is beyond me, it only cost $23. The skirt is beautiful. It fits me to the knee, it's my favorite skirt length. The pleats make it a little conservative, think office style, but I'll be wearing it in the summer and on a trip to Kauai. I will wear silk tank tops to make it more casual. The material is denser, still liquid. The creases were crumpled in shipping but should be ironed out with a hand held steam iron. I ordered

Great work skirt: Clothing

I bought this skirt because I had previously bought a black one and was very happy with it. I wear skirts/dresses to work almost every day, so gray has become a lovely addition to my wardrobe. I threw the belt away because I don't wear it with a tucked in shirt, usually a sweater. I was afraid it would look cheap because it's a cheap skirt but looks very professional. It hangs just near the knees or just below, and the pleats are small and well formed. Sizing can be a bit confusing - I wear…

Goes with work

What can I say, I ordered this in red for Velma's Halloween costume and wasn't expecting much from the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. I'm 5'10" and about 158 but I have a very small waist so I usually wear medium skirts when I do wear them. I have a very long hourglass figure and can't wear pencil skirts or other fitted skirts, as they are very tight at the hips but have a big gap at my small waist.Waist.The length was the same as pictured and came to the knee but there was extra fabric…

Fits small frames

There are 4 colors: black, grey, purple and white. I'm 5ft 2in, 108lbs, usually dress size 0, pants size 4 - pear shaped and heavy at the bottom. However, this skirt was a little loose and hung low on the hips - waist about 2 inches. far. Black is too beautiful to give back. I'll make it work by tucking in thicker shirts/sweaters. Falls about 2 inches below the knee which is normal. The belt is thin. I will replace it. GREY: The zipper does not close. lies flat, there is a gap in the crease…

Chic pop color Wearable for work

I was so excited to get this skirt for my Easter ensemble! Color: I ordered coral and it was perfect! Not too pink, not too orange, but real coral. Style: Pleats make this skirt modern. The wide belt seems to fit my body very well. It somehow comes closer to the thinnest part of my waist. It's a layer of fairly thick fabric. I love how seamless it looks though, with the coral I could see the shadow of my dark gray boys shorts. Wearing lighter colored underwear will fix this, but I'm wondering…
