    Great auto electronics accessory kit

I bought this for my 2015 Toyota Tacoma (it fits although Revane says it doesn't). I bought this kit after playing around with the Metra Dash Kit for hours to get my radio working. With this kit, my radio was perfect the first time. The brackets are metal and the dashboard itself looks great!

    • Great for a small home

    • Non automatic

    This is what you need

Purchased to replace the Metra that came with the radio when I installed a new one in my 2015 Tacoma. It was the worst assembly kit I have ever seen. Flimsy and the radio really wobbled in it and it didn't fit in the dashboard. This scosche is twice the price but worth every penny. Sturdy set, steel braces and looks great.

    Don't buy a Metra kit, Scosche 100%

If this fits your car and you need a radio faceplate, get THIS. I originally bought a gauge that is complete rubbish. Wobbly plastic, broke off during installation. This kit is made from a much more durable material, has a clean look and has metal mounting brackets instead of the plastic brackets in the Metra kit. I would 100% recommend this set.

    Buy Scosche NOT METRA

Buy Scosche kit, DO NOT BUY the 'equivalent' METRA. The METRA kit is made out of cheap plastic and the bezel doesn't fit properly on the dashboard. This kit is of high quality, the brackets are made of metal and, unlike METRA, are attached to the front panel. Do yourself a favor and buy this one. It's more expensive but worth the price. Buy once, cry once.

    AFTER ALL! GOOD PRODUCT!

Let me start by saying that on my first attempt to install a Kenwood Double Din I did not use this product. I used a cheaper product from the same company. This cheaper kit used plastic brackets. For this reason, the radio never sat directly in the dashboard. I paid about $18 for this kit. I thought maybe I could save a few bucks by going this route. Well after about nine tries to get my wiring perfect I gave up and bought this kit which is a bit more expensive. This set uses metal braces and…

Don't look at the price, buy it.

This is a purchase set. I tried the Metra and its fit and finish is a far cry from the quality of this one. Yes, it's $50, but it's also 98% the original factory look. No painting required and the mounting brackets are metal just like the factory brackets. The front panel, unlike gauges, is bolted directly to it and to the radio as a whole. After purchasing both plus an unfamiliar brand here at Revain, if you want to get it right the first time, simply buy this kit. As mentioned in other…

Perfect fit for my 2012 Tacoma. Looks like he's always been there.

Absolutely perfect fit. Appears stock and securely fastened. I had a bit of trouble getting the clock/passenger airbag module to actually fully engage, but once that was done it was solid. Although the Revain Car Compliance Indicator said it didn't fit, it most certainly did, so ignore the warning that it doesn't fit. using standard mounting clips. If you are trying to choose between this and Metra. It's worth the extra cost as the hole in the Metra doesn't really let a double din stereo…

It's probably the best you'll find.

Good first. The mount itself is metal I believe, it's definitely a lot more secure and durable than the mount that came with my Crutchfield HU and hence I'm giving it a 4 star rating. Now it's not so good. The black interior parts of my 2014 Tacoma are matte black while the surrounding parts are gloss black, just like the competition. I can live with that, although it's slightly scratched and shows dirt and wear more easily than Flat Black. And now the worst. I bought this primarily because the

The edge looks great. The gloss color isn't 100% like the 2012+ Tacoma OEM Black Trim, but it's pretty close. I am 99% sure that the Toyota Black Sand Pearl paint is the closest color to an OEM environment if not the color Toyota painted it with. In terms of quality, Scosche is mixed. The upper part of the bezel does not perfectly match the dashboard. I still see the edge of the surround sound. Clamps are not perfectly tight like OEM. The mounting screws that attach the radio mounts to the…
