As others have said, they don't pair with every phone. I have 2 main phones, an old iPhone and another HTC brand. It fits the old ones but not my LGV40. My G6 connects with no problems. Firstly it is easy to connect and attach to the helmet, very simple velcro on the ear cups and on the back of the unit. However, the instructions are very unclear. Every season I sweat in the Arai helmet like everyone else. Sweat eats away at the cable. Anyone who makes riding headphones needs to know all of this and make a product that is sure to last through long, sweaty hours. Everything is attached with velcro. The headset took up half the space of my son's other helmet mic, but gave him a little more room in the helmet. Mutes the motorcycle audio so the person receiving the phone can hear clearly. Didn't reduce the music on his side. He adjusted volume based on background noise - up/down.
