    DO NOT buy for pet hair!

    DO NOT buy this vacuum if you have a lot of pet hair. Suction is good, but even on hardwoods, when you're not using the roller, your hair will wrap completely around the roller brush. I constantly have to cut and pull clumps of hair out of curlers.

    Disappointed with this product. We bought less.

    There is nothing wrong with this product. We bought it less than a year ago and the suction stopped working. When I tried to return it or get a replacement they made me pay $20 shipping to send it back. With a 5-year guarantee without loss of suction power, I expected more from it.

    Shark products and companies are fraudulent

    Bought a Shark Navigator vacuum cleaner. Received on November 30th, collected next day. That does not work. Manufacturer contacted and after troubleshooting found that the motor was defective. They then told me the only remedy for me was to BUY ANOTHER ENGINE FOR $71.00. They said the warranty does NOT cover the motor even though it is a brand new product. This is clearly a scam company and buyers should BE CAREFUL!

    Where has this vacuum been all my life?!

    About a week ago we vacuumed our bedroom. I'm amazed at how much our old (useless!) vacuum was missing! At first I was angry that my son broke our old one and we had to buy a new one, but now I'm glad! One pass through ONE ROOM, just our bedroom and dressing room, produced enough dirt to go past the fill line. My carpet feels really clean under my feet. We just bought a new shampoo so I really want our house to look brand new again!

    Broken after 3 months of home use

    Purchased on 8/2018. Brush stopped working after 3 months. I called the company and when the brief troubleshooting they did for me didn't solve the problem, I was told that the entire base of the vacuum needed to be replaced and that I would have to pay for it at the price of $71.00 that I was using have spoken . overseer who also reinforced it.     I've been using it for a few months now and here are the pros and cons. Benefits: Picks up all of the fur of 2 dogs, 2 cats and animal dirt and debris plus 3 people. It works great on carpet, tile, and hardwood floors. It is easy to use and switch to all tools when needed, it is easy to clean. I really like that the rotating brush stops when there is too much dirt in it, which saves on the motor, and that the canister can detach, giving you a bit more flexibility.
