Came completely folded in half!

The quality of this paper is as expected (it cost $4! And listed as a practice paper). It is very thin, similar to tissue paper. But 1 star because it came folded in half! There is no cardboard to keep the paper upright on the way to my door. More than half of my stack is folded in half :(

Art Journalers: You can use this in an inkjet printer!

To be honest judging by the reviews I didn't expect anything good from this paper. It turns out to be the best deal and I buy more. I simply taped a sheet of paper to the cards, trimmed the edge (it's a little larger than 8.5 x 11) and printed it out nicely on my HP inkjet printer. It also has a nice texture - I didn't try to print on the glossy side as I prefer matte. Oh, and it got to me without the creases shown in previous previews. Try #notanad :)

Disappointing paper.

I chose this rice paper for my calligraphy practice. Until I used it it seemed like good value for money. First let me mention that when the package arrived, it was folded in half and torn on the sides, thankfully no hard creases remained. One side of the paper is very smooth and the other side is textured. The main problem I had was my ink bleeding through the paper onto my desk, I wasn't expecting this or fuzzy letters due to the ink bleeding. .

This calligraphy paper is exactly as advertised. However, it came in an envelope with folded paper. Calligraphy paper should be flat. Had I known it would be shipped folded in an envelope, I would have contacted the seller in advance and offered to pay extra for shipping in a hard cardboard envelope with extra padding and a pen on the outside and advised USPS not to fold it. Otherwise it is definitely as advertised. Just tell the shipper it should be in a heavyweight cardboard envelope with a…

Works great inexpensive

as craft paper, sumi or rice paper is the new trend. Those sold on the craft channels cost about $1 per sheet. There are some differences like fiber content and sheen, but getting 100 for $5 that does the job was a WAHOO moment. it runs smoothly through my printer, dries like normal paper (no ink smearing). For any crafter who has thought about trying the rice paper technique but was afraid of the expense, THIS is the way to go. Fast shipping meant I could start projects right away. However, I…

Excellent paper for practice - not intended for gallery decoration

This thin rice paper is clearly marked PRACTICE - not intended for definitive fine art gallery use. And it's all right! We all need to practice and test things, and most of us don't have the money to do it on expensive paper. This thin paper allows us to practice our techniques, try new styles, all on paper that's responsive enough without breaking the bank. Perfect for all those handy activities when you get a new brush or ink or whatever and want to see how it works. If someone complains that
