Nothing special, there are positives and negatives.

For half a year this has been my main glass on the a7m2 landscape photography, street photography, then the lens will not suit you. Got pros: Lightweight, fast, inexpensive fifty dollars for a full frame. Has some cons: Slow, noisy, percent of the time it's faster to work with manual focus in combination with focus peaking.

One of the best deals, glad I bought this.

I recommend! Some pros: A very cool lens, I love fixes, I' simply amazing: both portraits and photographs of flowers, both close and distant plans. Has some cons: One minus focuses for a very long time, as they explained to me in the store, because of the old motor.

There are deviations, generally tolerable.

For half a year this has been my main glass on the a7m2. Portrait photography, landscape photography, street photography, travel - fifty dollars can do everything. But if fast autofocus is critical to you or you are very nervous, then the lens will not suit you. Has some pros Lightweight, fast, inexpensive fifty dollars for a full frame. Has some cons Autofocus. He has to endure. Slow, noisy, dull autofocus. About 20-30 percent of the time it's faster to work with manual focus in combination…

Everything in the purchase suits, a very necessary product.

Good lens for your money! I took it on Amazon for $ 200 Holds the counter well, a hood is included. Autofocus is slow, but after flashing the camera and lens it got a little better. If you do not shoot sports and running children, it is quite enough. I recommend to buy, but only at a normal price. Its pros: Sharpness, contrast, color reproduction, weight, price. Different cons: Autofocus is weak, but in comparison with the top Elks. No tracking autofocus when shooting video.

I am amazed at how well made the product is, just magical!

Very satisfied with the purchase. Finally, I am the owner of my favorite fix) it focuses a little too long, but given that there are not so many alternatives to Sony, it's tolerable. Don't be confused by the request to transfer payment to a bank card, the seller (globalmediapro) is very conscientious, will call you back, send everything, pack it well. Everything is top notch, I recommend

Pros
  • Low price, quality, communication with the seller
Cons
  • There is no such

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The quality is at the highest level, be sure to try it.

In the first few days, the photos received through it were very pleasing to the eye, sharpness, color reproduction, bokeh. For those who plan to shoot video by, or plan to focus manually, because there is no autofocus and is only suitable for slow and thoughtful shooting. The case is plastic, but strong enough. For this price tag, you can only buy a Chinese manual object, for photo lovers, I think it’s very worthy. I am satisfied with the purchase

Pros
  • Guys, for this price you will not find anything like this. Sharp, bright portrait subject. For those who take pictures.
Cons
  • Very slow and noisy autofocus, even in comparison with the kit 24-70, it lags far behind in focusing.

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not particularly happy with it, but it's mostly okay.

50mm/1.8 is the basic prime lens. Nikon, Canon, etc. have the same ones. I will compare this lens with the Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM since I have this lens and thanks to the adapter I can use it on my Sony camera. The difference in the price of lenses x2. Sony costs 20k, canon 10k. For a cost of 20k, our lens is inferior to the canon in resolution, contrast and HA at an open aperture. The autofocus of the canon lens is, in general, somewhat inferior to the Sony, but this is due to the adapter…

Pros
  • • Aperture; • The weight;
Cons
  • - Permission; - Autofocus; - Lack of a switch on the MF;

The best price for such a product, I will buy more!

Yes, you can buy a Canon STM half-toss for half the price, but I compared them head-on (I have both systems, I don’t look at DXO) - and Canon merges it clean. Is Sonya sharp at the edges already at f1,8? boots at 1.8 the edges are wildly soapy. Especially big difference in the far field. Yes, landscapes, of course, are not shot outdoors - but what if it's dark? The stock doesn't work. Portraits are normal for both. The bokeh twists a little, pleasant, sometimes even Helios 44 resembles, but…

Pros
  • - technical picture quality - bokeh and artistry of the picture in general - color and contrast - running in the Sony system thread for the filter and hood 49mm. - low price (see comment)
Cons
  • Significant: - noisy motor (video with external microphone only) - no OSS (there is on the crop, but here you don’t need a type?) Not fundamental. - in general, a plastic and cheap exterior, unlike a cropped half-length - sometimes catches ugly glare from point light sources (in general, I like glare, but when they are beautiful).

Perfect product for any user!

After reading the reviews of people with autofocus problems, I did not want to take this model, but for 19 finding an alternative is very difficult. Has gained. Yes, I noticed that autofocus makes a complete pass of the entire focusing distance in single-frame focusing mode. with tracking autofocus, everything is perfectly fast! The aperture is sufficient for night shooting, the lens itself is compact and lightweight.

Pros
  • autofocus the size the weight sharpness
Cons
  • no shortcomings have been identified, except for moisture protection - it is not

The best thing Ive ever used, a great item for everyone!

The lens itself is very minimalist, no buttons or switches. It is made of plastic, but I do not consider this a disadvantage, since plastic gives it a very small weight and it is very convenient to carry it with you. Full-frame mirrorless and such a lens is a must-have. When compared with the Zeiss analogue in full frame, this kid is very good for his money. ps After flashing, focusing works noticeably faster

Pros
  • Sharpness, color reproduction, small dimensions, focusing, when the camera is turned off, the focusing mechanism returns to its original position
Cons
  • Not found

I was surprised by the quality for this price.

An alternative to this fifty dollars is only Zeiss 55 / 1.8, but for 64,000 from the officials or 48,000-50,000 gray ones without a guarantee! The picture is super, no worse than Zeiss, it can only tighten up the contrast in lightroom. Autofocus is neat and tenacious, but the one who is noisy .: With sound, you need to shoot either externally or with a buttonhole, this is Zeise, who has silent autofocus! As a result, everything is the same as Zeiss, only many times cheaper, you can buy an…

Pros
  • Aperture sharpness autofocus The size
Cons
  • Autofocus chirps, but see comment

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The quality exceeds all expectations, I recommend to buy.

The choice of glasses with such aperture for a full frame is very small, and the price is either 16k or 116k. Perhaps there are better lenses than this, but not many people can afford "better". You can scold anything and find minuses in everything. But here there are pluses on the face - this "half a piece" is a plus. You should not expect him to make you a top photographer, but to help you get great portraits, still lifes, etc. will help)))

Pros
  • Price (who is looking for a cheaper one will find). Sharpness. Aperture. The weight. And now, in more detail, I found this lens in general in the section of the previous version on the market, at a very attractive price. Despite its "plasticity" it does not look dumb and is pleasant to the touch. The focus ring is smooth and obedient. Autofocus is fast (firmware version 3.0 out of the box). Manual focus obedient. Photos with competent settings are excellent, with airy "bokeh" and without "blur" and noise. (but here it depends on the carcass. I use it on Sony a7m3). A separate plus is the video recording, despite the lack of a stabilizer in the glass, the recording on the Sony a7m3 is simply the most excellent ("cinema"), regardless of the lighting day, night, room, street.
Cons
  • Noisy autofocus, you can hear the video when recording, so either an external microphone or post-production.
