Poor quality hose ends. Rubber is made cheaply, with no nylon and no reinforcement. After being stranded for a while, it flew apart on the first real ride.

The radiator hose itself was of good quality but the clamps and rubber connectors could have been thrown out of the box. Cases don't fit 1.75, don't be fooled by another Amazon seller.

I did a good job and met expectations. But if I were the manufacturer I would add more detailed instructions! You'll have to deal with this the hard way. PLEASE be careful when cutting the pipe as the edges will be sharp and CUTS Use a grinder or file to bevel the edges.

Cut to length, bend to shape, fix. super easy. I had to use another rubber (cut radiator hose) to hold it in place, the rubber that came with the kit had to stretch too much to work. Used silicone (same thing I used for the thermostat and water pump gaskets) to increase grip around the pipe as some reviews said it blew them off.

Issue 1: Many reviews complained about clamps. Of course, all the clamps fell apart when I tried to tighten them. A new minimum of Chinese quality. I expected that and replaced the cheap Chinese bells with not so cheap Chinese bells. Problem 2: Black aluminum caps are too tight for 1-3/4" tubing. I cut a slit along from where the cap fits on the heatsink to the last clip slot in the cap. This allowed the cap to fit snugly the 1-3/4" diameter radiator pipe. The slot is hidden at the bottom of…
