Not easy to apply. clean area. Once you've applied the sticker, I recommend pressing it down and leaving everything in place. Come back later when it sticks for a while and then peel it off.

The first ones I ordered were punched. I installed one askew so I ordered a new pack. The same order, just clicked the order again, the new package is not punched, just a sticker. upset

The sticker arrived as expected: matte black, one for the left and one for the right side of my truck. The installation went quickly and easily. I've had it installed for over three weeks now when I've weathered the rain and my truck wash and the sticker hasn't moved.

Good size good vinyl but not matte black. Black screenprint on translucent glossy paper. Not what I was looking for so I returned. To update. I ordered this again after realizing I had never removed the glossy backing of the sticker. Absolutely what I was looking for.

As others have pointed out, it's easy to think you've received the wrong product - a shiny black sticker - but you'll need to completely remove the clear sticker from the white backing and stick it on the car. Pretty easy to apply but looks great at first glance. If I could leave my Rubicon in the garage all winter I would give it five stars. But we're wintering in Florida, and after a couple of weeks the mat on the sunny side window started to curl. It looks like removing the grooved mat is going to be a messy job. What most reviewers don't seem to realize is that there are two parts to the process. You must clear the area first. I use rubbing alcohol to remove grease or other dirt. They will remove the white backing and apply to the car, make sure you know exactly where you want to get it. I recommend not pressing the entire area against the car. Apply the sticker slightly, then you need to press the black printed areas on the surface of the car. I did it carefully! Finally, remove the transparent layer.

These are great decal pairs that are easy to apply and look great on my car. The color is perfect, but as described more glossy than matte. I agree my car is shiny so the shine complements it. In the reviews that complain about the clear film blistering and not sticking to the applied surface, it's because you have to remove the clear film when you apply the decal. At first it looks like a window sticker and I was going to return it but I tried again and it's a vinyl sticker. The black vinyl is thin and the adhesive on the clear plastic backing is very strong. I've found that the vinyl peels away from the clear plastic when you pick it with your fingernail (but it doesn't). I found that I stuck it to the body like this: 1.
