🔥 Regular Gas Valve, Suburban 161109 Review

This product was for my gas line that is on my van for my water heater. I noticed that I was leaking propane so this product was needed quickly. It arrived in time to be installed by my camper friend.

I needed a valve for a water heater in a caravan. I ordered it, they gave me an estimated delivery date and I received it before that date! I needed a fitting to plug it in, they couldn't supply it but gave me a partial refund so I could buy and install it. What wonderful people to work with!

I just bought a camper trailer that hasn't used a gas water heater in years. The firing pin clicked, clicked, clicked but never fired. The exhaust pipe has been checked and cleaned, all connections are fine. Found this gas valve for only $42 so we decided to give it a try. Easy to install and the water heater turns on with the first click. Country instantaneous water heater sw6del. I will try this weekend.

I replaced a leaking water heater valve on a 2006 Fleetwood Morgan caravan. Fleetwood charged $130 for his valve. I should have gotten a reducer for the exhaust side but it screws in and works great. I was able to unscrew the original block from the bracket and attach this block using the same screw holes. Appeared identical to the originally failed unit except for a larger outlet.

My water heater was cycled on and off for several months although it worked fine for a few days/weeks then lit up a few days later after 5-10 attempts and some days it didn't work. Upon further investigation, when it did not ignite, I did not get propane in the igniter area. It was finally out for good so I couldn't put it off any longer and bought it hoping it would help. I confirmed that one of the solenoids in our old valve was defective by testing it with a 12v power supply. Instead of replacing the solenoid I decided to replace the entire valve. Glad you did! I recommend removing the fitting on the old valve before the new one arrives, if possible, to ensure you don't need a new one. Arrived in one day in perfect condition. This propane regulator was a perfect match for my water heater (HWH) in my 2009 17ft Nash RV. I moved the mounting plate (two bolts) and brass inlet from my old regulator to this new one. Everything fitted perfectly and was easy to install on my camper (5 minutes).
