Description of πŸ“ Sullivan 12-1/2-Inch-by-12-1/2-Inch The Cutting Edge Frosted Ruler: Your Essential Precision Cutting Tool

12-1/2 by 12-1/2 inch frosted ruler. Full see-through non-skid frosting keeps the ruler from sliding and makes it light enough to see your fabric through it. Features large numbers make for easy visibility. Diamond powder edge maintains the sharpness of your rotary blade as it spins.

Dulls the blade of the cutting knife

Good ruler. Easy to use and read. But I hate the sharpness of a spinning blade. Looks like my blades are dull. Maybe because I'm left-handed. I'm not sure, but I'll remove the jagged edge before using it again (if I can).

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Confusing

Perfect fit for trimming

This helped me with the finishing touches when adjusting the quilt. The sharp blade on the edge keeps my spinning blades sharp. I will buy other products from the same manufacturer in other sizes. It is a mandatory tool for quilting rules.

Pros
  • Ruler and ruler holder
Cons
  • Wrinkled

Great Ruler - Sewing

I love this ruler and it's the best. I love being able to customize the material and get the perfect fit every time. An added bonus is that you sharpen the blade every time you cut. I like this idea. I use mine every time I cut something, not just for amulets. Thanks for a great product.

Pros
  • Quilting
Cons
  • Damaged

The blades last about four times longer. It's not glaze.

Blades last about 4 times longer. The glaze is not as opaque as some older rulers. Some of the newest top lines are listed as clear and not matte. Rulers pay for themselves. I am in the process of replacing most of my rulers with state of the art clear rulers.

Pros
  • Crafts and Sewing
Cons
  • Some bugs
