The best thing I like is that it's easy for me as an employer, because all of my employees have profiles with pictures so they're easier than ever before! It also helps them find jobs more easily by giving us access in order to view our employee profile information which makes communication between both parties much simpler too!! I like that it helps me find work while also helping them with scheduling, so i don't have to be at home waiting for calls all day! it is easy enough for people who just want part-time jobs but still need help managing schedules as well. I like that it has an easy process for finding shifts and that you can set your preferences before signing up so they know what types of jobs you're looking at, which is nice because there's always going to be stuff available in different industries.
