Fits my application

that was good for my application. My lowlow goes up and down with no problem. I've pushed 250psi so far, but it's still holding up. had to change a little bit to install it properly

Pros
  • Materials processing products
Cons
  • I can't remember but there was something

hard sticking

piston seal hard sticking. Once it starts moving it's free, but it takes a little effort to break the o-ring and get it moving. It is difficult to achieve smooth action. The pressure builds up and nothing happens, then it goes on quickly. There will be no problem if higher pressure is applied to the piston (50+ psi is great), but if you're trying to run at low pressure for low forces, friction comes into play. If you want smooth performance at 5-10 psi, this isn't for you. The quality is good…

Pros
  • pneumatic cylinder
Cons
  • something else

Without a job, Rod didn't move at all.

Right out of the box I couldn't move the pole. GENERAL. Cylinder disassembled, the rod rotates normally. Finally, it turned out that even with moderate tightening of the top cap, the front part of the cylinder body pressed against the stem, compressing it so much that the stem did not move. He took out the front o-ring and used a round file to remove some material from the edge. Reassembled and now I can move it by hand with the top cap tightened. Tolerances gnaw at it to the point of failure…

Pros
  • Industrial & Scientific
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
