Large olive oil dispenser to sit by our stove. We do not recommend adding raw green herbs to any type of oil (as shown in the pictures), they will go bad in less than two weeks. If you want to make an infused oil, search the internet for recipes for "cooked" oil (made in a double boiler). This kills the bacteria but leaches the flavor into the oil. Try the rosemary oil infused bread dipping recipe, you won't be disappointed if you use a quality oil.

This is average quality at best. The glass is fine, the spout fits well and has a vent (nice feature). But the metal on the spout has rough edges; looks like a kid made them in his garage. The labels, one on the side of the jar and one on the bottom, are made with a very impressive adhesive; I've tried removing all of this from the jar but not very successfully so far.
