I have mixed reviews for this product. As for the product, it works great. Saves me so much time putting together icing bags. Extremely durable, seems very well built without being overly complex. However, I was disappointed, the packaging wasn't any better. It was placed in the cheapest box ever found. No labels, no instructions. I had to figure out how to download and use it myself. True, it took me quite a bit of time. I would appreciate the instructions included.

This was shown to me for my cookie decorating shop. This fun little machine (which DOES NOT COME WITH TAPE, btw) will become your favorite kitchen tool. We have 3 of these in our shipping department (this is the 3rd). Works like a charm as it should. Sealing pouches larger than 1.5 mil is difficult, and even 1.5 mil cannot be easily sealed, so care must be taken. No problem with 1 mil packing, that's what these sealants seem to be for, 1 mil and under. For thicker bags, we simply cut a piece of plastic tape and seal it by hand. To my surprise, this works great and cuts my time, if not in half, then pretty close. Packing ice cream at work is the bane of my existence, spinning ties takes up 50% of the time or more and it's fingertip hell. . It took about 10 bags to apply the sealing tape. WOW, works GREAT as i hoped it would. My granddaughter loves balloons. So I bought a bunch of 12" and 36" balls. If you've ever tried blowing up balloons and then tying them up.
