Quilting Needles Pins

These are great for pinning items that need ironing or ironing. Heads don't melt. I like the grip on the tip of the pens.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Do not buy! for quilting needles

Easy to grip but the needles are NOT sharp. Each needle appears to have a blunt point that does not penetrate the fabric. Save money and go with Clover or other well-known and trusted brands.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Little things

Near Perfect Quilting Needles

I like the needle tips that are easy to hold. They're nice, sharp, and long enough for standard stitches. If they were a little thinner, they would win a better quilting needle. They are better than flower pins as they are as they are easier to grab.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Modern

Thin and sharp, the heads are fairly flat and easy to iron.

Good thin and sharp pins for quilting and sewing. Easy to enter and exit the material without damage. Flat enough to be ironed if necessary. A little difficult to pick up from a flat surface as the heads are thin. Due to the shape and material of the heads, the pins will not roll. And therefore, if you drop it on a flat surface, DO NOT fall on the ground. Nice feature.

Pros
  • Sturdy design
Cons
  • Appearance

I have been sewing for a number of years now and have bought various types of pins from regular pins to wonderful clips and these are by far my favorites in stores Favorite pins and I've been wanting to buy them for a while! I can't recommend them enough!

Pros
  • HEAT RESISTANT - the comfortable handles on these pins are heat resistant
Cons
  • Not as thick as the others

Flexible, durable on pins and pincushions

I really like these pins. I bought them after the quilt I follow recommended them. They are thin and flexible but hold the fabric in place well. Because of the flexibility, I didn't bend them by accidentally hitting them with a needle while sewing. The case is easy to open and close and stores pens well.

Pros
  • Magic Pins are very easy to use - comfortable handles that are easy to grip and manipulate
Cons
  • Wrinkled packaging
