🚗 TCI 743865 Automotive Transmission Dipstick Review

The locking mechanism has not been used but is relatively easy to fit as the gearbox is already in the car and the tube doesn't move at all when I pull the dipstick.

We put this on a 700R4 in front of a 70's Corvette. It had to be bent a bit here and there to fit, but it worked for this transformation.

Excellent installation! I installed this on a 74 K20 that I put a 700R4 in and it fits great which could be happier. Plus, the shutdown probe itself is on a whole new level! Great product guys

When I was doing an LS swap on a 1980 Camaro, the last thing I expected to find was a 4 speed automatic dipstick and dipstick tube , but it was so. The best I could do is this TCI block. Here's the problem: the tube isn't bent correctly, so it enters the 4L70E gearbox at the wrong angle (see photo). Also, it is inconvenient to need a second bracket to mount on the LS engine.
