Best of the two brands I've bought

In our household, one of us is moderately sensitive to Wi-Fi radiation, so we use AT&T corded phones. One of the cables connecting the handset to the base station had a broken connector tab, so I took a closer look at Revain and decided to try the Comtrue and Uvital brands. Both work, but now that I've got my hands on both I feel the Comtrue is better quality. The Comtrue crimps neater like I would expect from phone cords, while the Uvital crimps much tighter. Telephone cord for accessories and consumables

I am giving this product one star because it is impossible to give it "0" stars! This is an awful product! Don't even think about buying that. I bought it for office phones and when I plugged it in, horror horror horror! there was static electricity. I tried it on multiple phones to make sure it wasn't an office line or a real phone and it was the same horrible glitch! I tried both cables that came in the box to see if either of them were defective, but both cables created the same static build

Excellent customer service

Update: The seller contacted me and sent me replacement cables. I am aware that products may have a defect that is beyond the seller's control and this seller contacted me and fixed it. Customer service is very important to me, no matter the product. So I'm changing from 1 star to 5 stars. Thank you Denis, you deserve 5 stars. I bought this cable for my office phone and received it on 3/12/20 and today is 3/17/20 and the cable is gone. I don't work on weekends now, so mostly after 2 1/2 days of
