Works as advertised. Easy lowering at the push of a button. Lowering the closing stages on the fingers is not a problem. Good lightweight. I keep it in my RV to clean windows and dirt from the tops of my drawers.

Must have. The price seems high, but at what price? This ladder saves lives. I'm a flatbed truck driver. Tipping large loads can be dangerous, but not with this compact ladder. Easy to use with indicators to know if stages are blocked or not. It's not very heavy, but it's portable and easy to store, and the quality speaks for itself. I am very impressed. As other reviewers have noted, the ladder wobbles a bit when fully extended. The top three tiers are not designed to support the weight as instructed.
