I have been buying the Tweezerman tweezers for ingrown hairs for many years. When you get a good product the results are amazing but I have found that the quality of the product can be very poor or poor. My last purchase was a big failure. There was almost no sharpness, and when I was holding old Tweezerman tweezers, the distance between the handles/tines was greater, making the tweezers less accurate. I once bought a pair of Splintertweeze Tweezerman Splintertweeze tweezers that were so sharp they could go through layers of skin and pluck out ingrown tissue I hadn't even seen on the surface. Since this one was starting to fade, I decided to replace it with this one. I know I could have just asked Tweezerman to sharpen and return my original pair, but when I found out it would cost me about the same. I bought these tweezers a few years ago. They were precise and easily removed splinters or ingrown hairs. I recently repurchased them because I lost my first pair and oh my god it's a little torture device. These are needle-tipped tweezers, so moving the tips even a fraction of a millimeter will have no effect. They don't match up at the ends like they should, so my pair is definitely defective. I just bought these and mine are misaligned and not catching on my hair. The tips barely close properly and they aren't even properly balanced. They don't look like the tweezers I buy from ulti. They feel weak and aren't as heavy as the old ones from the ult, they seem frankly fake. The box says 'Made in India' and that's where the other two tweezers I bought were made and had to be returned for the same reasons.

Have been using Tweezerman products for YEARS! I just can't believe these are real Tweezerman tweezers. He's as blunt as can be and the tips don't seem to be aligned properly as he can't pluck anything. USELESS! I wouldn't even give one star.

Such a shame. not as good a product as expected from Tweezerman. I returned my first order and replaced it with a second one hoping I just received a bad pair. Unfortunately, both couples were dull, misaligned, and didn't hold their hair well. I ordered another brand for the first time in 10 years hoping for better results.
