The support team is super helpful and quick to respond. I have been able to connect with them from nearly anywhere across the globe. The reporting system is very easy to use and it allows me to see what tasks are being completed as well as time spent on each task. It would be fantastic if they could add some more options to the scheduling panel for things such as holidays. I am solving my scheduling needs and allowing my team to focus on their work while I am at home. The ease of use of…

  • Very user friendly app lots going smoothly in terms fo booking new job opportunities / hiring applicants which results into good feedbacks about this service !!!!!!

Great software and perfect customer service

The ability for my business partner who owns our franchisees (and I) can easily access all information regarding their employees at any time from anywhere! It makes it very easy when we're trying new locations or even having employee problems with certain people that there are no issues because they know everything about them already!! There were some minor glitches as far back then but now seems like things have been resolved quite well since those times - so overall pretty good experience up…

Pros
  • Easy to maneuver
  • Very convenient & user friendly service..even in its early stages, really liked what i was seeing :)
  • Great customer support if needed too.very prompt response via email/phone calls etc.
  • Good software platform wise..not much complaints thusfar except sometimes not exactly sure how many hours an individual is scheduled per week yet still gets paid accordingly regardless...but otherwise looks fine enough ;)
