Cheap price but doesn't last long.

You can't go wrong at this price point. The downside is that they tend to break easily, they don't last very long, but the price is better than trying to get a factory part at a ridiculous price when you can find one, or buying new hardware.

and the pen comes back like new. What an inexpensive repair

Spring is wider than the original spring on my late 50's/early 60's Rockwell drill; However, the spring case took it well. The outer "hook" had to be clamped tighter. Otherwise installation was easy and the pen comes back like new. What an inexpensive tool.

Works but needs improvement.

When I received the coil I compared it to the coil on my 10" Ryobi drill and it was completely different. First, this spool had twice the amount of spring steel than the one I replaced, so I think the Uxcell 10" spring steel needle feed spool was probably rated for a larger drill, maybe a 20" drill. Also, the width of the steel was 1/8 inch wider than the steel on the ryobi reel. which forced me to forgo the rear washer when assembling the pen coil block. Then when I tried to put a new coil in…
