The rides are quick! They pick you up right where they say it will be (which has been great). When we were going from one place that had too many stairs for my wheelchair access at times - this made life easier than trying another option like uber or lyft. It's pretty easy to use. The app is easy to navigate and the drivers are usually pretty nice. The only thing I don't like about the app is that it's a bit difficult to get a ride in certain areas. The customer service has been amazing through out our experience with this business! They are very easy going people who have great knowledge of their industry and always willing to help us as we learn about it all from them!! Nothing yet at least not that they haven't done what needed for me or my clients.
