This case is well tailored and made from acceptable quality material but unfortunately does not offer good protection. The computer's two large, flat sides have plenty of padding, but there's little to no padding around the edges and corners. There's also no built-in material to keep the zip from scratching the computer (although a neoprene sleeve might help in that regard). This bag is a good basic bag. My only complaint is with the padding. . . I wish it had more padding on the strap, handle and more padding for the laptop. It does have laptop padding, but not as much as some other bags. The bag offers enough space and a pocket for power cable, mouse and mouse pad. Once these items are added, you are left with additional space. Very roomy for an economical bag. I would buy this bag again. . . even without additional padding.

This laptop bag looks very good and is well made. In addition to a large inner compartment, it has a padded inner compartment for laptops. There are external storage compartments on each side that hold everything I need. I kept my laptop battery and wireless mouse to one side (I still have room). I like the colour, I bought this for a portable DVD player and it works but the pictures look like you could get a lot more into it than you can. Even after unzipping the expander I still don't get everything I need. I still put the rest of what I need in another bag. I use this for my daughter's travel stuff. I was looking for a case that would fit and protect my heavy MSI gaming laptop with its huge charger and cables. This bag has done a great job so far. I didn't have to open the bottom to expand it either, it has plenty of room. I even added my iPad and it fits with no problem. I'm glad I chose this bag, I hope it doesn't tear due to the weight but so far it looks solid and is holding up well.
