Meh. It's not a bad shirt, but since they sell it as a "work shirt" I'll argue a bit. The XL I bought fits closer to the Large than most other work shirts I own - work clothes need to be cut to fit a t-shirt underneath. In my humble opinion, the material is a bit thin for workwear. However, the biggest downside to this shirt is the pockets. They are too small to fit into a work shirt where you have to put things in and then maybe zip up the pocket. This shirt is amazing. It's a little too sloppy for the job, but I love it. I think I'll still wear it, maybe after buying a few more of these. I have a casual button down shirt in 4X and it fits me fine but the other one in 2X doesn't fit. Because of this, I decided to try 3X and I really had no doubts about it. but it was much more than expected. It doesn't look like 3X at all, it seems much larger. I'm a fat guy with a pretty big stomach and the shirt fits me really well in that rounded area

Shirt looks and fits well. She might be a bit big for her size, but in a work shirt that's desirable.
