This company is great. Through my fault I destroyed their goods (but accidentally), they communicated very well and solved the problem. They looked at the problem and offered an honest way to solve the problem. Instead of just saying that I breached my warranty, they worked really hard to find a satisfactory way to work with me. The products are great it was my fault but the customer service was outstanding.

This product failed in less than a year. It was difficult to get a refund from Revain even though I asked for an extended warranty and it was still under the manufacturer's warranty. Bought a second unit and it went bad right away. When I called again for the extended warranty they refused to cover it and explained that it was not designed for use with solar panels and should only be used as a backup power source. Do not buy from this company.

At half power efficiency reaches 89% at 24V supply, at lower power efficiency drops to 65% at 50W load. It's loud when the fan kicks in, luckily only when the device gets warm. The manual is written in reasonable English. Note: The yellow wire on the terminal block is NOT equivalent to ground! black/red terminals show 60V versus yellow. Black indicates ground and red indicates 120VAC, so make sure the ground terminal is connected properly!

24V inverter and I connected it in parallel all it did was turn on the red light alarm! Which was WRONG and even with (2) 12v batteries you still only get 12 volts with the parallel method so I had to put it in series. I used a negative wire to connect it to the positive of one battery and then connected the other end of the wire to the negative of the other battery which supplies 24V is 12V + 12V = 24V So now everything is working , I connected a hair screwdriver to my inverter and it worked…

In the house electricity red and black - power supply 240 volts AC 120 volts black - electricity without red, at first glance I would say that it is 240 volts, with two powers and a yellow neutral , anyone then said in the review red is power black is neutral and yellow is ground so it's actually a DC color code something like in DC red is power and black is ground (but black is neutral here) , so yellow is ground , very confusing, at this point it's AC. I am using this 3000w 24v inverter to charge my Chevy Volt. I have 6 Silfab 370W PV panels, 2 EPEVER 40A charge controllers and (12) 6V batteries connected in (3) 24V strings.
