Exact fit but very tight

Quite expensive for a piece of wire but fits perfectly. It was very tight for my GM 8.25" IFS differential front axle and I decided to return them even though they fit the clamp I pulled out.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Something different

This ring does not fit the specified model!

Very nice retaining ring. But the wire diameter is too large to fit into the groove of the axle and gear on this model. Although the diameter is the same, the wire is 0.091 inch and the old ring is 0.071 inch. I was working on a 1994 Suburban K1500.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • You could have chosen a newer model

This clip was immediately moved to the trash.

Although this part was listed for my axle it will not work under any circumstances. The clip is at least 50-60% larger in diameter than the original and will not fit in the groove on the stub axle. Instead I bought an OEM clip from a local dealer. This clip was immediately moved to the trash.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Not bad
