Good product

We use this cover for leopard gecko habitat. We still need a piece of plexiglass on the screen part to keep moisture in, but this makes it very easy to get into the habitat for cleaning, feeding and anything else.

Perfect fit and finish

Inner edge measures 12.75 x 24.25 - perfect for my 20 gallon tank. The construction is solid: the screen is wedged between the rolled edges of the frame (see photo). Heavy enough to maybe hold a small chameleon, but clamps will likely be needed to hold a snake that might press on it. The hinge makes access to the cage very convenient.

Pros
  • Sturdy steel frame is durable and withstands high temperatures from heat lamps
Cons
  • Only available in black

The metal is so strong and strong that a cat can lie on top of the tank without bending or moving at all. The gatefold cover is good too. I can just direct the light to the
