CriptoKitties is a game which was developed by the American-Canadian studio AxiomZen and which was launched on November 28, 2017 on the Ethereum blockchain. In this game, which is a cross between Tamagotchi and Pokémon, the user must collect virtual cats. It has already generated several million dollars and more than 15% of Ethereum network transactions are devoted to exchanges between users, it's completely crazy. The principle of the game is to breed digital kittens. Each cat is one of a

  • Could use a "save kitty for later" feature for keeping track of certain nifty kitties - and perhaps an "interest index"

It is fully integrated into the ETH network, and may even connect its metamask. One more option in view of the already existing ones, which reinforces the fact that blockchain technology is increasingly present in our daily lives.

Best known ethereum app.

It’s awesome to have a way to merely perform a task every 1/2 days that can effectively earn you money. As time progresses and your kittie generation grows, and so does their value. It’s not only a fun experience, but also provides an great gateway into the dApp world.

Pros
  • The game is really fun and addictive, the UX and the artwork are absolutely incredible, it's so fun to watch the kitten you get when you breed! Their designs are so neat! It is a game as well as some skyscrapers who take it seriously and go on to create truly unique and patriarchal Kitties.
Cons
  • It needs more game-play and interactivity for users.

Using ERC721 for decentralized ownership

It's very interesting - each cat in the game is completely unique. Technically - each cat is a ERC721 token, i.e. non-fungible asset, that you can hold on your wallet or sell it on DEXes, whenever you want. You can set your own price on that token. Sometimes people just set crazy prices for their kitties expecting some wild buyer smh. CryptoKitties was created to demonstrate the use-case of Decentralized ownership and tokenizing assets in the internet. And with the hint, that you can do the…

Pros
  • Decentralized ownership of digital cats
  • Real non-fungible token use-case
  • Beautiful cat illustrations
Cons
  • Dependance of Ethereum's scalability

One of the best known blockchain games.

This is one of the most popular games, we have all heard about CryptoKitties, it is similar to other traditional games where we simply create a pet and to some extent we raise it, it's that simple. -You can start playing without investing since they have a demo to get you started. -It is really easy to play. -It is difficult to configure for people who do not know much about cryptocurrencies, so this is a disadvantage since some would simply opt for traditional games, you also have to pay for…

Pros
  • It is very easy to use with a fully understandable functionality for those who wish to play it, it is also easy to adapt to the methodology of the game.
Cons
  • For absolutely everything you need to pay, I think it is more money that is spent than you can have just selling kittens.
