please release our funds, dont become next mt gox

I have been using atomars for a few weeks, and only today tried to take my coins out but it is processing for days. 
I started using it because it was listed in coin market cap as one of the exchanges that traded the crypto I was looking for. Moving crypto into the site worked well. Moving it out has been a nightmare :(
I moved BTC in and started buying some coins and only recently moved to take them out. When the withdraw was processing for 2 days I started to research on twitter, discord, telegram, FB, etc and on all social media people are now complaining. 
I feel like I've been goxxed :( :( :(
