Atomars service claims are a joke
Be very cautious about using this exchange site and don't believe the false service claims. I have had a withdrawal transaction 'in processing' since 5 May (see screen image). I suspect this is because security verification has not been processed by 'their team of auditors' ... sure !!! I have resubmitted documents multiple times and they just sit 'in moderation'. These are the same verification docs that have been successfully processed on multiple other exchanges without question. I have lost count of the 'support emails' that I have sent with not a single response or advisement. Its a complete joke. They seem happy to take your deposits in the mean time.
