UniDAX Shouldn't Have Closed Down As It Seems They Were Doing Quite Well

I happen to came across another exchange platform that has presently closed down and don't seem to function anymore. These types of exchange platforms do this by completely ceasing the services they offer their traders.
The exchange platform I would be reviewing today happens to have closed down too and is known as the UniDAX exchange platform. At first, I thought it was a Decentralized exchange platform, not until I checked their history well and discovered that they never specified if they were Centralized or Decentralized. The exchange platform seems to have been accepting quite a number of cryptos and some Fiats while they were still in existence. With all these, it seems they were functioning quite well. I wonder why they decided to close down.
