The idea is very good and if you truly get on in realizing your plans, then I think it will be interesting!

It is normal at this point that the 0xcert team can't know what the conditions will be in a year or two from now. That's why they keep that option for future changes.
Cons
- As for me, i think that the most difficult stage is building of a stable and constructive dialog. Once this task is performed, there won’t be any other problems. If i didn’t mix up anything, it took 2 months, but the time gaps between the stages were quite considerable.
