One of the main features of NEM is that this currency is really easy to use (it's fast and don't take many resources).

So you told that NEM doesn't have enough help for the users but what do you mean? They have great support in telegram (on the website you can find information about help by English, Italian, Russian and Chinese group). You can also write your question to the company email.
