Ripple, the company, has its own crypto called XRP.

It acts as crypto and digital payment network for financial transaction.
It uses less energy, less expensive and transactions are carried out swiftly. Due to the great dip alot of investors are going for coins with lower price value. I may not be right but I see XRP coming out strong.
