Scopuly is on the right way

Scopuly is a project based on the Stellar platform with good features. The platform gives me a good impression abou the project. Their native token
SCOP allows users to invest in IEO projects, launch IEO projects on the platform; pay fees transactions and  a lot of  services.

Scopuly has a good interface. It is a Crypto/Fiat exchange
You can store, pay, trade, invest crypto assets
Confirmation of transactions occurs in 3/5 seconds
Scopuly Native token (SCOP) designed for several purposes
Wallet available for PC and mobiles
Scopuly is an active project on social networks

Cons

Project under development. Token SCOP is without circulation on the COINMARKETCAP
Token has low price and trading volume. Available only on Stellar Exchanges until the moment
