trying to get online banking and their web site is down. this is the second computer im trying to get on with. not a very good first impression.I had an account with the bank for 15 years and one afternoon they called me to notify me that they had shut the account because of a wire from a cryptocurrency exchange..There was no notice in shutting the account, no time for conversation..I have been a law abiding citizens for 58 years and they treated me like I was some drug dealer..i am sure that you can find a better bank.Poor customer service. My mom works at a bank and i have been inside banks my entire life growing up i have never seen such poor customer service and will noy ever do business with this bank. I called back to speak to manager and she was rude too so i asked her for corperate number where i will be taking matters further
