Flexibile, Reasonably Priced, Great Support

Our experience with OpenPro ERP began when a business partner approached me about looking into upgrading our accounting systems. While OpenPro ERP did provide us plenty of features, its price point left us feeling somewhat dissatisfied. However since many of the packages included within OpenPro ERP were more than adequate for basic needs; e.g., customer relationship management and simple financials, we opted to continue with using our current solutions until we felt that a change in direction was warranted. During those initial interactions, both client and developer staff provided excellent technical support and answered our numerous questions throughout the integration period. Since then, we've seen consistent updates add new functionality without making any unreasonable changes to pricing and implementation timelines, even though multiple iterations of upgrades have led to some minor interface tweaks. We also appreciate a well thought out release schedule, providing both minor feature releases along with critical bug fixes to minimize risks and potential downtime to production servers. And while maintaining high availability has added complexity; OpenPro ERP offers thorough documentation, including clear installation instructions, detailed descriptions, helpful links and videos that



This may seem like just another review on why you'd buy Open Pro ERP...but it isn't. What sets Open Pro ERP apart, at least according to me, is the awesome customer support and flexible plans offered here. Yes, the price is reasonable and no, they don't nickel and dime you. But what makes this even sweeter? Well first off, the product and its features (or "out-of-the-box" configurability and integrations!) are extremely well executed. Secondly, though I'm normally against 'hassle free' licensing terms since they typically lead to substandard performance and lower overall ROI of said software, OPERP doesn't even require annual upgrades. Furthermore, the pricing structure seems fairly generous since many competing solutions include very expensive monthly maintenance fees to keep things running smoothly.



I've used Open Pro ERP since January 2017 with success to date. Its easy to set up and use. Very friendly customer service team that promptly replies to emails - both technical support requests and general inquiries about my experience with Open Pro ERP. Open Pro ERP has taken me from zero accounts receivables setup to multi-branch operations running effectively and successfully. I love this open source platform. Highly recommended!

We use Flexible ERP Software to manage our accounting processes. Their customer care reps are very helpful, responding promptly and making technical problems simple -- even trivial -- to solve when necessary. They can also provide training and updates as needed. Our experience with them has been 100% stellar, despite the fact that we've used four other ERPs over the years.
