Jamii Mart: A Supposed Online Beauty Store With No Designated Online Platform And Store.

Jamii Mart is an online store for body and beauty products. They deal in home, health, lifestyle, baby and body product solutions and these supplies are sourced from world leading suppliers, which is an undeniable proof of the top quality products they offer.
Their customer services are well available to help or assist customers in finding the right products and also in cases where a customer fails to find what he/she seeks, one just have to contact them, and they will help such customer in getting it from another supplier at no additional cost.
I tried accessing this stores' website but i was being redirected to a different site, i didn't know if this issue was on the part of this review platform or Jamii Mart in itself. But then i visited the stores' Facebook channel and used the link provided there and the same was the case. This only proves that their customers are also having difficulty accessing their website, but I'm assuming Jamii Mart offer their supplies via their Facebook channel and other social media platforms.
In as much as they offer varietes of body and beauty products for both men and women from what I discovered on their facebook channel, and that social media is also a good medium to reach the public, the presence of an online platform is essential, and the inaccessibility to or the unavailability of their website makes it almost impossible for intending customers to reach them, a huge stumbling block to the stores' growth. I advice they create an online platform where members of the public interested in their products can easily access and visit.

Pros
  • Jamii Mart offers various types of beauty products for both men and women.
  • Customers can reach them on Facebook and some other social media channels.
Cons
  • Jamii Mart online platform is inaccessible or should I say unavailable.
  • Given their lack of online presence, their customers service can be assumed to be poor
  • Customers will also have the cause to worry about the transparency and legitimacy of their services.
