Best ERP Software for Manufacturing - MIE Solutions

When our team began investigating new enterprise application solutions, we started looking into the ones specifically designed for small businesses—like ours. After much research, consideration, and testing, we narrowed things down to 2 particular vendors. However, before signing any contracts, we needed the vendor support staffs’ level of commitment to provide their services (support). At first glance, both vendors seemed equal; however, we noticed MIE’s customer service team had lessened over time. Even though the two products did not appear to be radically different, we knew choosing the right choice of technology solution meant taking into account the level of support available to us as well as what kind of return on investment we could expect long term. So, we gave MIE Trak Pro the edge, since it offered additional features and functionality that made sense for our business. The next day after making this decision, our call center agents received orders faster than ever before…and we never looked back!



With our small firm size, we've had great success using MieTrakPro. As we continue to grow in our industry, managing growth through accounting has become difficult. This program allows us to manage everything in real time rather than later when the invoices go off site and into the system and then come back to us to be entered into QuickBooks. For example, since the majority of our clients are local businesses, having an invoice sent to them electronically means that all of our bills are paid by mid week which reduces fees for paper billing. Having the ability to pull quotes for jobs, run reports, generate spreadsheets and even export data to Excel is also helpful when doing client bidding. All of this comes at no additional cost for those companies that already utilize QuickBooks software. If you're looking to expand your capabilities within your current system, you'll see that both you and your client will benefit from utilizing MieTrakPro.



It is a very easy program to navigate and understand especially compared to bigger programs like Dynamics. It also offers many options and features including integration with Sage 300 products. You can easily change jobs using criteria that you set and pull jobs into MIE TPro that meet those needs.

Great web app for capturing customer details online. You can save a user's contact info, add him/her to your "buddies" list, receive updates when s/he signs up or changes his profile, update his address, etc. Very easy to navigate interface. Customer service team was quick to respond when I had a question about something on the site. Love using this app; wish my current employer used it instead of Excel sheets.
